Fixed #9, #12, #29, #30

• DITTO mini chip query has been strengthened significantly, can even work with broken cards (unfortunately, nothing I can do about flashing to broken cards)
• New test command to test if a flash card is functional or not
• --linker param works + not passing a name or command will cause it to list supported linkers
• Software can now update its resource pack and its EXEs (on Windows, obviously)
• Other bug fixes and safety stuff

pm2hw v.0.0.7

First fully functional release. Comes with base icons but no way to auto-update them yet, I'll set that up next.

For Linux and Mac, install via pypi: pip install pm2hw (or via pipx)

• Functional CLI, use pm2hw --help for details.
• Functional GUI with English and Japanese interfaces, as well as rudimentary themes and a detailed help section (not fully in Japanese yet).
• Can flash, dump, and erase both PokeCard512 rev 2.1 and DITTO mini. It can likely also flash PokeCard512 rev 2 but it hasn't been tested.
• This is a portable release, your config and logs will be saved to the exe's folder.
