docs(byod): clarify BYOD/Demo are mureo-native only (not official MCP)#112
Merged
Conversation
A user asked whether demo works via official MCPs. It does not: `mureo demo init` imports a synthetic bundle through the BYOD pipeline (~/.mureo/byod/), served only by mureo's CSV-backed MCP tools. Official platform MCPs are the Live-API path and cannot read local BYOD/demo data; per platform the two are mutually exclusive. Documented prominently in byod.md / byod.ja.md (Compatibility callout) with a cross-note + link in getting-started.md / .ja.md.

Follow-up to a user question ("does the demo work with official MCPs?"). It does not —
