Follow-up to a user question ("does the demo work with official MCPs?"). It does not — mureo demo init imports a synthetic bundle through the BYOD pipeline (~/.mureo/byod/), served only by mureo's CSV-backed MCP tools. Official platform MCPs are the Live-API path and cannot read local BYOD/demo data; per platform the two are mutually exclusive.

  • docs/byod.md / docs/byod.ja.md: prominent Compatibility callout (BYOD and Demo = mureo-native only; official = Live API; don't providers add/disable native for a BYOD/demo platform).
  • docs/getting-started.md / .ja.md: one-line cross-note + link near the BYOD section.

Docs only; no code change.

A user asked whether demo works via official MCPs. It does not:
`mureo demo init` imports a synthetic bundle through the BYOD
pipeline (~/.mureo/byod/), served only by mureo's CSV-backed MCP
tools. Official platform MCPs are the Live-API path and cannot read
local BYOD/demo data; per platform the two are mutually exclusive.

Documented prominently in byod.md / byod.ja.md (Compatibility
callout) with a cross-note + link in getting-started.md / .ja.md.
