Bulk apply tags does not work when applying tags with mouse

What Happened?

When bulk applying (or removing) tags to a series of multiple nodes, tag will be applied only to the first node if the last step (selecting the tag) is performed with a mouse click.

Reproduce the Bug

1. Select multiple nodes
2. Cmd+P to invoke properties menu
3. Select Tags
4. Pick tag from menu and confirm with mouse click.

Expected Behavior

Expect to add tags to all selected nodes. This seems to work correctly if the selected tag is confirmed with Return on keyboard.

@eisenbahnman Hi. It's possible to bulk tag now through bulk actions. Closing as this should be solved but feel free to let us know if it's not
