Triangle for opening/closing child disappears after editing block

What Happened?

I'm editing a block and the triangle to close the child blocks disappeared. When clicking into another block, it appeared again.

Example structure (edit "hello" block).

- hello
	- abc
	- def
	- ghi

Reproduce the Bug

1. Have a block with child nodes.
2. Edit the parent (so click on it and type something)
3. The triangle is not displayed when hovering
   1. Also the cursor-pointer is not shown, but normal pointy cursor.
   2. but can be clicked and works.

Expected Behavior

Triangle is shown, even when editing a block.
Also should have cursor:pointer.
