[Regression] Click on indentation line to unfold nodes not working

What Happened?

One of my favorite feature, click on indention line to fold/unfold all children blocks, unfortunately working only partially in DB version - it hides blocks, but doesn't unhide. Replicated on Web, Desktop 0.11.0 DB and MD. It used to work in 0.10.

Reproduce the Bug

1. Create hierarchy with multiple nested blocks.
2. Hover on indentation line and click - observe that blocks are folded as expected.
3. Click again - observe that blocks are not unfolded back,

Expected Behavior

Click on indentation line should work as in 0.10 - unfold all children blocks.

@tiensonqin I just checked it, and unhiding all blocks works now! Thank you for the fix!

But there is one inconsistency in behavior I noticed, compared to 0.10.13. Now, when you press on indentation line - it collapses only the first level of children, but not all children recursively. When you use t o hotkey - it collapse all children and children of children etc. In 0.10.13, it collapse everything either ways, with hotkey and click on indentation line. So basically, in DB clicking on indentation lines not collapse all blocks, only the first level of indentation of the parent block. Here is a video to make it more clear, with 0.11.0 Web on the left, and 0.10.13 Desktop on the right.
