Forward after deleting a focused node

What Happened?

When deleting a node that's in focus, you stay on that node.

Cannot add new bullets or change it, only permissible action seems to be to click on parent node link.

Right-click on the deleted node shows empty context menu.

Click on any child nodes opens an empty page.

Reproduce the Bug

Expected Behavior

Since no other action is permissible, should automatically forward to parent node after delete + maybe a success toast that node was deleted.
