Task without #Task #767

What Happened?
When creating a Task by Cmd + Enter on Mac, if the block has already tagged with other tags, then it would turn into a block with TODO Status, which can cycle through to DOING -> DONE by hitting Cmd + Enter. However, it wouldn't get tagged with #Task and won't show up in #Task page.
Reproduce the Bug
Go to Journal
Create a tag #cat
Type "This is a task first", Cmd + Enter, "tag later" then tag it with #cat. -> both #Task and #cat would be added to this block.
Type "This is a tag first", #cat , "task later" Cmd + Enter -> only #cat appear at then end of the block
Click on #Task to see how many blocks are listed.
Expected Behavior
Both blocks should be tagged with #Task.
Both blocks should show up in #Task page.
