Mouse scrolling not working in iPadOS

I can scroll long pages with my finger on my iPad. However, when I use the mouse scroll wheel, the screen does not scroll

Same here with iPadOS 17 and Logseq 0.9.18 testflight. The app is basically useless with magic keyboard, trackpad scrolling works 10% of the time if I scroll really hard, but most of the time as this issue suggests it will not scroll at all :(
