[Keymap] Cannot filter by CONTAINS «h» key

What Happened?

Case: I want to filter all the shortcuts CONTAINING «h» key. But it filters only EXACT match.

1. Open Keymap
2. Click to filter by key button
3. Input «h»

Expected Behavior

Filter out all shortcut with «h» inside
