Default Reload shortcut overriding my custom shortcut

What Happened?

I have always set Ctrl-r and Cmd-r shortcut to zoom out block on Logseq. However, after updating to the latest version, it results in Logseq reloading rather than zooming out.

Reproduce the Bug

1. Open logseg latest version
2. Open any page other than the journal
3. Click ctrl-r/cmd-r

Expected Behavior

Logseq should zoom out like previous versions.

Version: MacOS Desktop 0.9.18
