field appeared in our elasticsearch documents.

Travis failures appear unrelated:

  1) LogStash::Inputs::Tcp should read plain with unicode

     Failure/Error: insist { event.get("host") } == host

     

     Insist::Failure:

       Expected "localhost", but got "ip6-localhost"
