[BUG] Organization ID error when updating or deleting identifier patterns

Bug Description

After successfully creating several Identifier Patterns, I was not able to update or remove any of them due to an "Organization ID is required" error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add an Identifier Pattern
2. Fill in required fields and save
3. Open the Edit form, make a change, and click Save

Environment

• LogTide Version: v0.8.7, v0.9.0
• Deployment Type: Self-hosted
• OS: macOS Tahoe 26.4
• Browser (if applicable): Arc/Chrome
• Docker Version (if self-hosted): Podman 5.8.1/Podman-Compose 1.5.0

Hi, thank you for the report, actually it's a regression to be honest, I'm going to fix it with the v0.9.1, i except to release it today or tomorrow.
