Fixes for issues 42,46,60,61.
Add an option to configure the number of retries and wait time between retries.
Changed the logzio sender - instead of using one logger and 2 handlers, now it uses 2 loggers to avoid infinite sending loop in certain cases. One logger is only used internaly for stdout debug prints.
