Short passive-scan-visible names are now built into the bundled 128-bit-service BLE examples, and those sketches no longer spend primary advertising bytes on Tx Power where it displaced the visible name. This improves phone compatibility for examples such as BLEUART, dual BLEUART, pairing, throughput, RSSI, controller, and ANCS on scanners that do not rely on scan response.
