Sony/Qualcomm BLE timing improvements for native NUS examples.

Highlights:

  • increased peripheral connection-event RX lead time for more reliable first-packet sync on stricter Android centrals
  • kept the native NUS example family aligned on the newer advertising/connection setup
  • verified native NUS compile sweep 5/5
  • validated Sony Xperia 10 III connectivity and service discovery on the native loopback NUS path
