Low-power WFI delay fix for XIAO board-control rails.

This release keeps plain delay() board-state-neutral again in WFI mode, so sketch-controlled rails like VBAT_EN, RF_SW, and IMU_MIC_EN stay asserted across delay(). delayLowPowerIdle() remains the explicit helper for save/collapse/restore rail behavior.
