Because sometimes I don't want to open files in the browser which is set as the system default.

My PR for specifying browser has been merged (lomirus/live-server#176), and I also started working on support for making live reload work for image files, by wrapping them in HTML (currently just a shell script in my sync folder), so we could override with my own version here. But actually, after realising that Gnome's browser (Epiphany) watches local files when opened directly, my use case for those two changes has gone for now.
