Show Notes in the Treatments page
Notes added to treatments (meal notes, activity notes, failed remote command logs, etc.) should be visible in the Treatments view. This would make it easier to review context around meals, activity, and other events without having to open Nightscout.
Standalone note entries (e.g. from the Nightscout care portal) should also appear as their own items in the treatments list.
Edit treatments (future enhancement)
Allow editing treatment date/time and notes directly from LoopFollow. Currently, when creating care portal entries in Nightscout near midnight, the date can accidentally shift to the next day, requiring users to go back into Nightscout to fix it. Being able to edit directly in LoopFollow would save time.
