The private beta version of Trio is no longer using plugins. Instead the frameworks are added explicitly. This enables building with Dependency Build order instead of Manual Build order.
The README.md and patches/add_omnipodkit_to_Trio-dev.patch are updated to accommodate this change in Trio-dev.
