I rearranged where the QR code instructions are located.
All the settings instructions for remote control are found on in the Remote tab.
There is now just one reference to QR code on the setup screen and that is now under the Add Nightscout section.
I also moved some of the extensive historical changes for LoopFollow to the bottom of the Remote Control Overview page.
