Remove "StrongLoop Blog" and "API Connect" under web site footer

In loopback.io footer,

• StrongLoop blog has been moved to https://loopback.io/blog/, which is part of the top nav bar.
• There's no community support of LoopBack from API Connect, so it should be removed.
