This transformer is invoked on any asset which includes template in its pipeline. It will create a python template string from the asset data, pasing the following keyword arguments to substitute():

asset_path: The path value of the asset being transformed -
**: The asset metadata will be merged into the project level configuration and the resulting map will be unpacked and passed as keyword arguments
