• убрана дублирующая проверка линтера (оставил в разделе lint, убрал в test)
• в матрицу тестирования добавлена проверка python 3.14
• добавлен .editorconfig для применения правил оформления проекта в IDE
• добавлен ruff format в pre-commit
• удалены зависимости и конфигурации black, isort, pyright, остались ruff и mypy
• в конфигурации указана минимальная поддерживаемая версия python – 3.10
