Create WAYS_TO_CONTRIBUTE.md to Guide New Contributors

We want to make it easier for developers to find ways to help with the project. The idea is to create a dedicated WAYS_TO_CONTRIBUTE.md file that explains different ways developers can contribute.

Here’s how you can get started:

1. Download the WAYS_TO_CONTRIBUTE.md file
2. Go to your forked repo of Lovit
3. Navigate to the .github folder
4. Click Add file and then select Upload files
5. Choose the downloaded file
6. Select "Create a new branch for this commit and start a pull request"
7. Finally, create the pull request

I guess something wrong with the instructions to add that waystocontribute file.
As if i add that file in my forked folder then the PR will target my main branch right?

Could you try doing it locally instead of directly on GitHub?
