MMIO operations/regs cannot be mapped before the realization stage as the entropy src version needs to be known to select the proper addresses. Signed-off-by: Emmanuel Blot <eblot@rivosinc.com>

Unfortunately as we do not run tests for the Darjeeling platform has remained hidden since #257 has been been delived.
