Update GitHub Actions workflows to replace testing of EOL/stable-2.17 and stable-2.18 with stable-2.20 (and keep devel), and remove an old stable-2.13 integration-workaround. Also simplify the integration test step and remove a target-python-version comment. Update README to list 2.20 and add AGENTS.md to .gitignore.
