• expand workflow coverage across resolve, search, quality, setup/config, pool, plugin, exec/dlx, ci, ports, cert, and related JSON snapshots
• add the cert trust-store test seam and SAN-regeneration regression coverage
• update the workflow coverage audit baseline and counts
