update tool to use a user input (ComboTextBox) to select the control type, as could be run when control system down meaning can't infer from control msgs
build cmd line version, maybe just simple scripts that work on cmd line. Just to update P I D. Could just tak user input "vesc id" "ctrl type" "P" "I" "D"
