`Programming Exercise`: Add E2E test for manual assessment feedback input

The manual assessment feedback input is currently not tested by E2E tests, which leads to bugs being undetected until manual testing sessions.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an E2E test that covers

• Adding inline feedback
• Interacting with the interface of the inline feedback (e.g. to auto detect bugs like Programming Exercise: Deleting feedback text and score with backspace is not possible #10475)
