This package likely needs a do not merge GitHub Action to prevent merging of PRs with ticket branches in the pyproject.toml. Look for do_not_merge.yaml in middleware packages for an example. |

If this file can have comments and there's not a per-partition/queue solution, it would be good to note that this needs to be value for the milano nodes so someone doesn't try to change it to the torino node values.
