Updates to asteroid absolute magnitude fitting for DRP pipelines:

  • Fix G12 parameter to 0.5 (don't try to fit it, as we don't have much coverage)
  • Mix in 0.01 mag error floor (in quadrature) as DP2 underestimates photometric errors of bright sources

…hg12NSigmaClip: 10

We fix hg12FixedG12 to 0.5 (typical value, per Veres et al,
https://arxiv.org/pdf/1506.00762) as DP2 phase coverage is not that wide.
We add 0.05mag of hg12MagSigmaFloor for fitting to account for intrinsic
light curve variability (asteroid rotation). Finally, we set hg12NSigmaClip
to 10 sigma to get rid of the most egregious outliers.
