Thank you for reviewing and approving this PR. In the future, I would also be interested in exploring support for Chinese-CLIP, so that PhotoMapAI's semantic map and image search features can better support Chinese text queries. This could make the project more accessible to Chinese-speaking users while preserving the existing CLIP-based workflow. |

This PR adds a Traditional Chinese README for PhotoMapAI to help Chinese-speaking users understand the project, semantic map concept, search features, installation steps, and contribution guidelines.
It also adds a language link at the top of README.md and fixes two localhost links that pointed to 128.0.0.1 instead of 127.0.0.1.
