feat: add support for rdfs:Datatype to ClosedOntologyNamespace#70

The change adds support for `rdfs:Datatype` to `ClosedOntologyNamespace`, i.e. the SPARQL query powering `Closedontologynamespace` now also looks for and ergo registers `rdfs:Datatype` in the constructed namespace. Closes #68.
