Fix Laravel 12 compatibility: update Grammar initialization pattern

Laravel 12 removed withTablePrefix() from Connection and changed Grammar constructors to require Connection as a parameter. The existing code fails with "Method withTablePrefix does not exist" error.

Changes

• getDefaultQueryGrammar(): Simplified to return new QueryGrammar($this);
• getDefaultSchemaGrammar(): Simplified to return new SchemaGrammar($this);
• Removed setConnection() method: No longer needed as Grammar constructors handle connection injection

Additional Laravel 12 Fix - Remove withTablePrefix() and setConnection()

New Error

Method App\Database\CockroachConnection::withTablePrefix does not exist.

Root Cause

Laravel 12 removed withTablePrefix() pattern. Grammars now receive connection via constructor only.

Required Changes to src/CockroachDbConnection.php

Line 25 - Update getDefaultQueryGrammar():
