The stm32f1 chips (e.g., the Blue Pill) support open drain communication and hence require only one pin and no external circuitry to connect to the HDMI CEC line. I have tweaked the code to support this.
I also added an automatic response to 0x83 requests for the hardware address if we are not in monitor mode.
