Fixes #892
Turns out the Windows workflow was looking for
bin/luckyinstead ofbin/lucky.exe, and then the Linux workflow didn't even have Crystal setup so runningshards buildwouldn't event work... I'll need to actually try this once it's up to see if it even works. (test in production!)
