BeeBuzz can deliver push notifications to paired devices, but the system itself has no way to notify admins about platform events like new user sign-ups. External channels or manual checks are the only option today.
This adds system notification infrastructure that uses BeeBuzz's own push delivery to notify admins — dogfooding the product for its own operational needs. The first use case is notifying admins when a new user signs up. The foundation supports adding more system event types later.
