I try to help in coordinating meeting times for a group of nearly 100 people. Because so many people are involved and we live all over the world, it can be challenging to find any single time that all participants can meet. I wish Rallly.co offered a feature to aid in automating the selection of not just the single time when the most people can meet simultaneously, but could also propose complementary meeting times—times when all respondents who can’t make meeting time “A” can make meeting time “B”—or, if required, times when all respondents who can’t make meeting time “A” or “B” could make meeting time “C”! I definitely can imagine that there might be times when one might prefer to prioritize holding one very large meeting, potentially one pretty large meeting, and one or two small meetings. However, I also can imagine that there might be times when a group leader might want the number of participants who would likely sort naturally into each of two or more meeting times to be similar. It would be nice to offer a complementary meeting times finder feature with the ability for an organizer to designate whether the system should attempt to hold each meeting time to similar meeting sizes vs. whether the system should prioritize getting as many people as is possible into the fewest possible number of meetings. Of note: for what it is worth, MS Copilot could find no other free meeting time coordinating software that offers what I am trying to describe—so this would be a unique and potentially very attractive option for your site to offer
