- 清理缓存新增“保留设置记录（含账号记录）”开关（默认保留）
- 设置面板新增 wt-* Profile 目录占用查看与一键回收（跳过当前实例与占用目录）
- 主进程/预加载补齐 storage.worktreeProfiles.* IPC、Host 类型与 i18n 文案
