Fix verify command:

  • Inference Provider check: replace invalid 'curl -I -X POST' (which silently produces no output) with 'curl -D -' GET to /v1/models. The endpoint returns the same Attestation-Report header.
  • SEV-SNP Hardware check: add sudo -n fallback when attestation-cli fails with a TPM error, and a helpful hint about adding the user to the 'tss' group.
