ptrace implementation #6
Description
Yesterday I had this problem, which is apparently the same one Ezio had 27 years ago.
However, I had some complications, so I went ahead and implemented something in the same spirit using ptrace (like your TODO suggests).
Just based on that, its smaller, easier to maintain and more accurate, but not as portable.
It must also be noted that as of now, outputs are not compatible.
Now, do you still have a use for installwatch?
If so, I would be happy to collaborate and arrive at an iteration that is useful in production.
I would also like to know what a translation designates in the original.
