Presentation Suite — Standard Output Structure

All five presentation skills share a common output folder convention:

/deliverables/<slug>/
  storyboard.docx ← presentation-storyboard
  deck.pptx ← presentation-pptx-builder
  speaker-notes.docx ← presentation-speaker-notes
  index.xlsx ← presentation-bundle-manager
  manifest.json ← presentation-bundle-manager

The presentation-factory-orchestrator skill coordinates all four sub-skills end-to-end and delivers the complete bundle in one command.
