lab turtle: ready for inspection and test

There is now a major refactoring of turtle committed (was turtlegraphics). Updates regard both code skeletons, solution-workspace on the closed gitlab server and tasks in the lab text. Things should now be more Scala idomatic and the learning goals should be better aligned with the code that students are writing in this lab,
