This pull request updates the CI workflow and project tooling to better support the use of
pnpmin theconsolepackage, and ensures that code generation steps are consistently run both locally and in CI. The main changes include setting uppnpmand Node.js in CI, installing console dependencies before build steps, and integrating a newgeneratescript for the console.
