Scaffold the wiki from docs/ Home, a sidebar and a footer, plus one page per document in docs/. Relative links are rewritten to absolute paths on main, since a wiki page and a repo path do not resolve the same way, and each page says which file it mirrors — the repository copy is canonical and this one will drift. Removes the bootstrap page that existed only so GitHub would create this repository; a wiki cannot be pushed to until it has one page made through the web interface.
