Prometheus-complete

This marks the point at which our options for prometheus are all completed.

• We now pull from there to get alert and instance names, rather than doing slicing which can be unreliable.
• The "csv" option is kept as an offline option, but it has to rely on slicing so it isn't recommended.
• The HTML output is now also pretified with an added a timeframe the report was generated for.
• There's a --diff option now which allows us to compare to previous report. That also adds columns to the reports and "Cured symptoms" which are alerts that don't appear.
• The querries to the api are slowed because opsgenie complains that "we're sening too many requests"

Added percentages and code is refactored. Next release will be once we get it to work with a list of hosts, which can be hosted somewhere and the tool will just get it.

Attached is a built binary with pyinstaller. It works on Ubuntu 22.04 amd64, I haven't tested it on anything else due to no time. I know shipping Python as built binaries is a bit wierd, but the use case is such for me that I can't reliably manipulate the Python environment where it will live.
