- Add Ability SO
- Add TimeDependantSpell class
#WIP: Some features of TimeDependantSpell needs to be abstracted to AbilityBase
- Refactor BaseAbility class & SO
- Refactor CooldownAbility to ActiveAbility
- Create Resources/ folder
- Move all C# files to Scripts/Code
- Create Scripts/ScriptableObjects folder
- Add SO load from file path
- Move Player/ and Utilities/ to new Code/ folder
#TODO : Change the way we register the SO path
- Change active cooldown management to coroutine
- Create Shoot ability
