Summary Total does not match sum of individual status reports

I ran lychee in GitHub and got this summary:

But 446 + 7 ≠ 454, I would have expected the total to match the sum of all individual status reports, i.e. Total = 453

Maybe there's a bug with the logic when 403 is part of accept? Or maybe a new Accepted row is needed in the summary?
