v1.7.3 — release re-cut

Same content as v1.7.2 (which stalled at ~95min in the legacy QEMU multi-arch docker build step and was cancelled). v1.7.3 fires on the post-#610 native arm64 matrix-runner pipeline (validated 9m18s on staging.yml).

npm @lynox-ai/core@1.7.2 remains published. Recommend installing @latest going forward — v1.7.3 will be the canonical HN-launch artifact.
