Hotfix release

Bundle on top of v1.7.7's engine boot tolerance + G5 SetupBanner restore:

  • G4 Billing-page subtitle conditional: /app/settings/account/billing no longer always promises "Manage via Stripe Customer Portal" — subtitle now derives from stripePortalUrl presence (honest copy when portal not wired).
  • G4 Upgrade-CTA on Hosted-BYOK tier: new card surfaces a self-serve path for managed === 'starter' customers to email support@lynox.ai with a pre-filled "Upgrade to Managed" subject + body, until full in-portal plan-switch flow ships.

Single tenant-rollout target for HN-launch eve (meridian-demo + rafael + cat).
